   when i use any flash plugin to insert the swf it breaks as shown above and creates that extra spacing above the flash file; it looks quite displeasing.

   Help would be greatly appreciated :)

   The swf seems to have a height of 500px. That can't be helping.

   fixed it by editing the template page i was using...just deleted some stuff now it looks pimp
