I have a new install of wordpress, version 1.5.1.2 and there is no
<!--nextpage--> quick tag in the wysiwyg editor and when I add it to the text in the edit box it does nothing.

Is this a feature that worked in older versions but not the current version?

The button is gone but typing it in still works.

Yes, thank you for that. However now that the <!--nextpage--> button appears in the admin section, it does not set up pages on the website, seems to do nothing. Is there another missing file?

Also on my version 1.5.1.2 typing in <!--nextpage--> does not work either.

The theme you're using may not 'handle' <!--nextpage--> correctly.

If possible you might post a URL to view your site.

    Good Luck.

This added to Codex: FAQ I used <!--nextpage--> but it doesn't seem to work

If it's not clear or correct please say so here (or correct Codex.) Thanks.
