Due to increasing bandwidth usage, I am looking to switch from the excellent, but unfortunately AJAX- and image- heavy K2 theme.
I'm looking for a theme that:
- Is XHTML and CSS compliant
- Does not use any images
- Still looks reasonably good
Does anyone have any reccomendations?

i use tarski and its pretty light.
there's one I saw in the Codex Theme list under 3 column, I think it was called "plaintext" theme.
abhideydas, that is a very nice theme indeed. And you can't get a much more bandwidth-friendly theme than that!

Thanks - unfortunately the tarski website seems to be down at the moment, but I found that plaintext theme Dgold was talking about (its called veryplaintxt), and it looks very promising (and light) - it actually resembles the default theme in Textpattern to some extent.
