I like the look and find it functional but along the way I have discovered some lumps and bumps you should consider.
The "stock" WordPress editor is poor (not a problem specific to Aurelia) so upgrade to a better one. I am using Dean's FCKEditor For WordPress (http://www.fckeditor.net/). It has problems too but worth a try. Allows both "full page" (wysiwyg) and "source" editing.
The top Aurelia scroll bar does not handle more than 7-8 pages gracefully, especially if long page-names are used. If their name size and number require more than one line the break gets really ugly.
The page display sequence is alphabetized by page name so you may need to get creative if you want to see them in a certain order.
To get rid of unwanted right side entries I had to do a lot of editing on the master .css file.
