Love it, but cannot get it to work. Help!

    I love having the Prose Extras capabilities, but I can’t get them to work. Here’s what I’ve done.

    Installed the Prose Extras plugin, put a text widget in Home Top, a categories and text widget in Home Left, and a recent posts and text widget in Home Right. Nothing shows up when I look at the page live. Also cannot get the menu descriptions to work.

    What am I missing?

    Your help will be greatly appreciated.

    I figured it out!!!

    I missed the part about changing the home page from “static” to “latest post” via Setting > Reading. This will allow a widgetized home page via Prose Extras.

    I still need to figure out how to get the menu descriptions to display. Any suggestions?

    I love this plugin. 🙂

    Thanks for your feedback and glad you figured it out!

    For the menu descriptions:
    did you enable that on menus admin page (via “Settings”, right top corner), then it should work fine.
