   Hi,
   I do not understand why I get no comments when people visit my blogs. Is this normal? What does it take to get them?

   Have you checked that your comments work by making a comment? To see if it will get things rolling, try asking your friends and relatives to comment. Of course, most visitors will not comment anyway. To get lots of comments, you either need to have developed a regular blog following or have inflammatory, unusually insightful, or amazing blog posts that manage to stand out from the crowd.

   A great way to get commenters (and readers) is to leave relevant, non-spammy comments on other, similar blogs.

   I have not checked my comments. I will do that. I just did not think of posting comments to my own blog. I guess that I will do that for just a test.

   I have been going to other blogs and leaving posts. I have been leaving non-spammy comments. I will keep working.

   You did reveal to me that most visitors will not comment anyway. I think that I needed to know that right there.
