    Hi,

my website had Yoast SEO and everything was fine two days ago. Today, I went to add a post and noticed that the plugin has disappeared, along with all my meta tags, keywords , etc that took me two weeks to complete.

Has anyone had this happen to them recently? Do I have to reinstall the plugin and re-enter all my keywords again?

    Thank you.

    This is strange behavior.
If the plugin files simply got deleted somehow, then re-install a fresh copy (maybe use FTP instead of the WordPress installer) - all the saved meta data is stored in the database so SHOULD still be there.
If your meta data has gone - I can only assume your database got restored to an earlier version - maybe your host had server problems and restored from their backup - that could also explain the missing plugin.
If this is the case - hopefully you have your own current database backup and can update it to your latest saved version.

Thanks for responding. I'll reinstall the plugin again and see what happens. If the data doesn't come back, I'll use an old backup (1 week old). Hopefully this will work.

    Thanks!
