• I’m still in the process of setting up my blog.

All of a sudden, some of the links in the options menu aren’t working, like they did yesterday. Namely, Google Analytics, Recent comments, Recent posts, Recent updates, Subscribe me, Captions and Nav Menus. When I click those it brings up the old “This page cannot be found”

Any idea what I can do? Should I reinstall WordPress, or Semiologic? If so, how I can I keep what I already have? (That’s not very important since I don’t have any posts to speak of yet, just wanted to know how it works for future reference)

Thanks in advance if you can help.

  • Deactivate any plugins and see what happens ?

I’ll try that right now. Thanks for the tip.

Deactivated all plugins (except the CMS and the sidebar tiles) and they still don’t work. Namely, Captions and Nav Menus…because the others are deactivated. Seems as though I screwed something up. 🙁

wp is missing a few hooks. i did my best to work around this, but there are still a few cases where the cache does not get refreshed when relevant. and the odds are strong that there is no way to do this at all.

visit the relevant option page, and click the save options button. this will refresh the cache.
