Lost superadmin

Okay, i have been looking on this site for a full day now. Everything is about this is from 2 years ago. My problem is i deleted my account labeled as “admin” for security reasons, well now there are a few options i don’t have with my new administrator account that the “admin” account had. How do i my new account to have the same privileges as my old “admin” account, some things when i create posts and pages that i cannot do that i need to do.

Also, My site randomly crashs 1 week, 2 days, 3 weeks, 5 hours it dont matter it will just crash unexpectedly i have no clue how to fix this, only way i have been able to fix the crash is do a site restore from my cpanel any ideas on a fix?
