I had a look at your site, and it doesn’t seem to be properly connected to WordPress.com at the moment. That’s also probably what happened between July and December, and for this reason no stats were recorded in that period.

Could you go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnect then reconnect to WordPress.com thanks to the button in the top right corner?
Let me know once it’s done and I’ll check that the stats tracking code is back on your site.

Everything looks great now. Your site is properly connected to WordPress.com, the Stats tracking code is there at the bottom of all pages of your site, and visits are recorded properly.

If you experience similar issues in the future, try checking the Jetpack menu to make sure your site is still connected to WordPress.com.

The user is telling me that the stats from July – December are still not displaying in the admin.

That’s correct. Since the tracking code was not present on the site between July and December, Jetpack could not track any of your visitors.

Now that the code is there, stats are being recorded properly.

Thanks for the info. Oddly enough until we updated to a new theme on January 3 all the stats for July – December were available to us. Where could we find that tracking code at to re-implement and have access to those stats?

    Thanks

I investigated a bit more, and found references of an older site of yours, 198.57.189.135/~racingpr/. It seems that was the site URL you used when you first connected Jetpack to WordPress.com.

I have made some changes to your Jetpack settings, and you should be able to get your old Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.
