I just transferred my blog to a new host and uploaded my WP-Content folder with them but the theme I was using is not available. How would I go about getting that back?

Have yo checked to see if the theme's folder is present & populated in wp-content/themes?

Not there. Only have the automatically generated one.

It's all been transferred already but they said I downloaded everything I needed.

Well obviously you didn't if that theme is not in your wp-content/themes folder.
