   Hello,

   I’ve just upgraded from 1.5 to 2.0.2.. and have big problem. I can log in with admin account, but from the wordpress admin welcome screen (homepage) I can´t go anywhere – I have no sufficient competence to do any changes. It seems like all the profiles of the users and their rights were lost (and the administrator too). Help, please!

   the problem is in latin2 coding (in database) and utf8 (in wordpress files)..
