   I had my site up and going, all was well with the world. I then went on a trip, got involved with other stuff, and haven't posted in a while. Now, I can't seem to remember my user name or password.

   Is there a way to recover this?

   1. The default username in WP is "admin".
   2. On the login page there should be a "lost your pw?" link
   3. If it doesn't work > see this: http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/phpmyadmin/
