   I had WP set up my girlfriend and she does not recall the password. I then request a new password and I get a long link to my e-mail to reset it. Every time I click on the link, I am brought to the log in and then get.

   "Sorry, that key does not seem to be valid"

   Any thoughts - please help.

   Thank you for your response. As I stated, my girlfriend set this up and not sure if she set up an account on the site - http://www.johnkassar.com. Is there an easy way to tell?
