   While entering the username or email on the page to reset the password, I get the following error. I deactivated all plugins but the problem persists.

   "Not Acceptable

   An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp-login.php could not be found on this server.

   Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

   You can see the problem by visiting http://elib.co.in/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword and entering "forever" which is the test user created by me.

   Maybe you have to disable mod_security, ask your host.

   But this was working fine with older versions of wordpress. Does that mean I should install older version and see if its working??

   In that case, check the minimum requirements:

   http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

   Maybe you have to tell your host to change the PHP version for you.
