   I dont know which version of WP I am actually using but...

   I lost access to the email acct. I have associated with my wordpress.
   I know my username (i think)
   But, I cannot remember my password and I beleive it is the password WP sent to me via email....

   HEEEELP!

   i have no access to my email anymore (permanently)
   i dont have an account with phpmyadmin (that i know of)

   if the answer is in the link you sent
   can you be more specific as to where??
