I did a test on lost password and it didn't work.
How do I set this up?

What test did you do ? Do you mean to say that you can not recover your dashboard password.

I was just testing the functionality of the process. I didn't actually lose my password. At the login screen where you are given the option of recovering you password, you are asked to type in your username or email and then click the link to request password. You are then told your password is being mailed to you.
Well I never received an email after trying this twice. I have since discovered there is an issue with gmail, which is what I use, so I'll have to try another email provider.
