I had a custom page made for me by a programmer so that people can enter events for my event calendar on jazzcolumbus.com.

I went to edit the page in the wp-admin, and set the page to "draft" instead of "publish".
For some reason, when I did that, most of the code was deleted on that page when I set it to draft. There is supposed to be Event time, Dates, website, information fields on http://www.jazzcolumbus.com/add-event/, in addition to the "Event Name" field.
Do you know how I can retrieve that code? And why did it disappear when I set the page to "Draft" mode?
