   Hi, All the tables have disappeared from my MySQL database.
   I receive this message when I try to connect to any part of the site (frontend, dashboard)
   Error establishing a database connection
   I can see all the files and directory structure using FileZilla, but from Cpanel I see my database has no tables

   My hosting provider says they're trying to restore the database but so far no luck.
   I did not keep a backup. What are my options? Can I salvage any part of my site from what I have. How can I establish a connection with the Dashboard?

   You still have all of your media, themes, plugins, etc... but the content is actually stored in the database. Once it's gone, there's no way to restore it without a backup.
