    Hi,

I'm trying to update my plugins for WordPress 3.0, but I cannot seem to upload them to the SVN repository. I just got a new computer (mac) so had to set it up again. However, I have lost my username and password and tried to contact WordPress plugin support on what to do.

They told me it is the same login as the forum login, but I cannot log in with this information. Now the support e-mail is not replying my e-mails anymore.

Anyone has a clue what I can try?

  2. Normally, I'd direct you to plugins@wordpress.org . Is that who you were contacting? How long has it been since you contacted them last?

It was about three weeks ago that they replied and I've probably e-mailed them once a week since.

I just noticed: when I fill in another password I get another response. As if this password IS correct, but I cannot do anything.

This is the error I get:
    CHECKOUT of '/!svn/ver/209461/cms/tags/':403
    Forbidden (http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org)

  4. There might be a temporary problem with the SVN. I'd recommend waiting a day, then try emailing again if you still can't login. I'm sorry that I can't do anything more for you. The folks at plugins@wordpress.org are the only ones who can fix this sort of thing.

I've been trying to update the plugin for about 3-4 weeks now and got the same error in two different SVN clients, so probably not a temporary problem.

    Hope they reply soon then..

For anyone who is having problems and finds this. Note that usernames are case sensitive ;).
