   I lost my header image while I was trying to do something else (and getting help here to do it)

   Can anyone tell me how to get it back??

   This is the thread I was in and playing around in my header.php when it happened.

   How it happened?? I copied the code in to my header.php and it worked for what I wanted it to do.

   But I was going to bed and it wasn't exactly what I wanted so I removed it and copied the original code back in. Then the header image was gone. And I have no clue how to get it back.

   The only thing I can think to do would be to reinstall elegant grunge again. Would that work??

   you don't need a complete reinstall but if you have a copy of original wp ( or download one ) just replace the header file.

   when playing around with code it is a good idea to copy and paste your code within a text editor in case something like this happens. it just a quick copy/paste to go back where you started from.

   Thanks Ron.

   I downloaded a new copy but something doesn't seem right.

   When I extract all the images file is not there and there is no header.php file.

   Am I doing something wrong?

   OK I got it. Thank you! I had clicked download from the front page and it wasn't a full download.

   I had to go in to the elegant grunge file and download from there.
