hi there - i'm kind of freaking out. i can't get into my blog. neither my name nor my password nor my various email addresses seem to work.

i had someone set up my blog a little while ago and this person never gave me all the info. i wonder whether he reset everything.

PLEASE help me!!!!!! this is a work-related blog, and i absolutely need it.

    thanks

Did you try the "recover password" feature at the login page?

Odds are, your user id is "admin" (case sensitive).

if u have access to phpmyadmin in your host control panel , you can try to see the user name and email , and you can also edit them .

next step would be to rest the pass .

no, it doesn't like "admin" anymore. tried all kinds of other possible names, with no result. tried retieve password. whatever i do, i get a "sorry, this user doesn't exist in your database." now i'm rooting around in my files, using php, can't seem to find myphp.

This might help (assuming you locate phpMyAdmin) http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/phpmyadmin/ It's a tutorial on resetting the password manually.
