I also have this concern. No login, no password and no phpadmin. I searched previous posts, and read about phpmyadmin. I tried to download phpadmin and windows said it couldn’t run the program. Thanks for all your help.
Windows doesn’t run the program. You uncompress phpMyAdmin into a directory on your server.

marijkerina, with any due respect, youre worrying about the wrong thing. That site, if its yours, really needs to be upgraded. YOU might not be able to retrieve your password, but with a few widely available exploits, others most certainly can.
