Lost 'Insert into Post' on non rotator widgets

Using Blackstudio Tinymce widget and latest .2.3 version of rotator
When trying to add an image to a widget content the ‘Insert into Post’ button is gone and the “Send to Image Rotator Widget’ button is there even though its not a rotator widget I’m working with.
