   Hi there, just downloaded WP today, new to everything here.
   Cant decide on which theme I should get. Need it to be flexible.
   I want
   -to load my own picture on a top of the page,
   -have main menu on the left (it has to stay there even if I scroll
   down the rest of the page).
   -Also scrollable middle text part and right menu.
   -Add banners, ad scenes in 4th column and bottom.
   - And pages buttons on the top probably

   Any suggestions? Anybody?
   If it cant be done automatically, will I have to correct it in dreamviewer?
   Spent hours today looking for The 1, but no result/ Help :/
