   I am a WP newbie, so forgive the stupid mistakes. I was creating pages and I somehow had two Home Pages in the navigation bar, one was the blog page that I was given when I first started WP.

   I somehow deleted the blog page, and now I have no navigation bar that show on the home page. I don't exactly understand or know what I did. I just need to know how to get the home page I created to be the HOME page and then I want to add my second page and continue building the site from there.

   Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated. I was hoping to get my site up and running this weekend.

   A lot depends on your theme. Try going to Admin->Settings->Reading and selecting 'Front page shows - A Static page' and then select the name of your home page from the dropdown.

   A link to your site might help diagnose the problem.

   I see a nav bar on the page, and the Home link does take me to a page, so what is the problem? Can you give more detail?
