Have you figured this out yet? I’m having the same problem, which I just posted about a moment ago. I’m really hoping that someone will help!

Nope… no idea. Driving me crazy now. Grr.
Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

I paid for my theme and it’s been fine till now – I’m not redesigning it all for one issue. Its only happened since I updated my wordpress as far as I know. I don’t have endless amounts of time to spend on going through each plugin (deactivating and reactivating it one thing – but then I have to go through each one for settings etc too!!) Thanks ESMI, but honestly… ARRGH!
If it’s a commercial theme you should contact the vendor — support should be included in what you paid. Unfortunately, commercial themes are not supported here, as they are not freely available for testing, etc.

Thanks, I found this –
Fixed it!
In the widgets panel, select “screen options” (upper right hand corner)…then click “Disable accessibility mode”.
Don’t know what that does, but I can now drag & drop the widgets again.
which worked on the drag/drop issue. My images are playing up – disappearing randomly – thought too. Groan!
