   I was wondering if it would be possible to save a site that I dropped its database but have a backup of the wp_posts table? If this is all I need how could I do a restore? Its a .sql backup of the wp_posts table. Any help would be greatly appreciated I am very scared everything is lost.

   Unfortunately, the posts table is not enough by itself. There is vital information stored in several other tables.

   You should contact your host site immediately to see if they have a backup available.
