• Being using it for long time, but tired of updates almost every week breaking data collections and getting too annoying. Lost all data after this update and decided to pull the plug after seeing author’s suggestion to sign for paid premium support to fix what’s broken by author himself.

really not worth a hustle since we have more than 30 web site using it… back to analytics

    Hi there,

we’re sorry to hear about your issues. Our release cycle allows us to push new features to our users every two weeks, because like Matt Mullenweg would say, we want our customers to enjoy them as soon as possible. However if you’re annoyed by these frequent updates, you can just upgrade when major versions (3.4, 3.5) are released, which happens about every two or three months.

As for the paid support, please keep in mind that we make WP SlimStat available for free, and still we spend hundreds of hours developing all the features, assisting our users FREE OF CHARGE on these forums when the issue is related to a bug. However, like you, we need to bring some food to our table at night, and we don’t feel ashamed to ask those users who are having problems related to THEIR specific configuration to pay a fee so that our tech team can look into the issue.

Again, we’re sorry to see you go, but I’m pretty sure you haven’t lost any data, it’s just not being visualized for some reason.

If you want to give us a second chance, we would be happy to look at your configuration and figure out what the issue is.

    Best regards,
    Your WP SlimStat Dev Team.
