I screwed something up and now am not able to see the WordPress Site complete with the theme. I was working on a client's site and was having trouble getting the Blog page to show the posts, so I changed a setting in the WP panel.
In the General settings on the site, I changed the Blog url to a different URL than the WordPress URL. As soon as I did that I lost the theme behind the site and now just see the text. The other problem is that now I can't access the WordPress panel anymore.
So, do you have any idea how I get back to that area to change it back?
OMG! I did the same thing thinking that changing the wp url would just open the page from the blog to another one of my pages. I wish they would explain what really we need to do before we do it as this causes total in-access to the panel.
From what I gather, we need to go into where our server is hosting the WP data and either move the database we change or go back and remove the change.
Good luck I am not a code person so I can't do it without phone support taking me through the steps. I found the documentation but I cant find the code it tell me to change.
Here it is. http://codex.wordpress.org/Login_Trouble
