   I was working in the dashboard and lost my settings, now I
   cannot = find my blog. This is the error I received on the internet:

   Warning: require(/home/biwcmin/public_html/wp-includes/compat.php) =
   [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
   in = /home/biwcmin/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 246

   Can anyone help me?
