   I can no longer view or login to my blog. It defaults to an install page.

   This occurred quite suddenly after 3 months publishing at: http://www.blog.thomasfrank.org.

   Update: I just checked my "wp-options" table in phpMyAdmin.

   Response:
   MySQL said:
   #145 - Table './urbangri_wrdp2/wp_options' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

   How do I repair it?
