Hello, I am using the theme twenty twelve, and have been attempting (unsuccessfully) to place a banner ad to the right of my logo in the header. On doing this I ended up losing the background whote colour on my front page, this is now just showing the grey back. I found a similar query on your forum which was resilved once a missing a <div in the code. I copied the code to word as a backup before making any chances but I must have altered this master. Can you help please. Thank you

    Graham,

Run your home page through the W3C Validator and look for errors stating, "stray" tags.
These may be the source of the issue.
