   Well, forget every post I've ever posted because now I have a real problem: after upgrading from 2.8.6 to 2.9.1 all my categories and tags just disappeared.

   Does anyone have any idea how to solve it? I've been reading some posts about this issue happening 2.8.4 upgrades, but none with 2.9.1.

   I think It was working well until I did my first post with the new upgrade, then they were all gone...

   I can still see the tags (under post/post tags) and categories (post/edit and then I choose a post to edit and click on the sidebar in categories/most used) but I can't add then - when I save they are gone again!

   I would really be very grateful anyone could give any light over here because I am completely lost with this upset experience - should I go back to 2.8.6?

   Please, help!

   Nothing like one day after the other, I don't know if it was fixed by wordpress staff, by my web host staff, or if it was some kind of late christmas miracle, but I woke up this morning and almost everything was fixed, only the last 2 drafts that I was writing lost their tags and categories...

   After the categories and tags issue I had new issues like nothing being able to upload images, upgrade plugins, etc...beacuse my "root folder" and my "wp-content" folder couldn't be found.

   But everything is ok now and I hope it will keep like that. Well, the best this thread can do is wish good luck to anyone dealing with the same issue because I have no idea how and by whom it was fixed...
