I’m using the online version of WordPress to do my work right now.

I installed the “Add Multiple Users” addon and added some test users as subscribers before creating my CSV file. Then tragedy struck. My main administrator profile is now acting like a subscriber and I can’t get into my site anymore.

    Please help me.

Have you tried disabling the plugin using FTP / File manager?

I’m new to wordpress, so excuse me if my response is way off base.

I’ve only used the web version so far. I need to setup the FTP but I was testing everything out without it.

Someone else built our webpage then handed it over. I’m trying to get a hold of that person to see if their administrator account is still working and they can correctly set my rights.

I’m afraid that all the accounts were changed by the addon. I’m also trying to get a hold of wordpress support. The only channel I could find was using an account recovery form, but I wasn’t able to submit enough valid information.

There was a setting to default accounts to subscribers. I have a feeling that setting overwrote my old accounts. Also the user name of one of the test users I put in is now my accounts username. The login and password are the same but my username changed.
