I just uploaded the Beta 3 version of WordPress to my blog last night and I'm running the Thesis theme. I'm trying to access my wp-admin and I have my username but I can't remember what I changed my password to. And to top it all off I left my email at you@yoursite.com so I obviously can't access that.
Help!

If you have access to the database through something like phpmyadmin you could reset it.

That would be so helpful if I knew what the admin panel was. Please speak to me like Im 10 years old. Bc I feel like if I cant get in at mysite.com/wp-admin, how do I get into an admin panel. Im slow and I apologize.
You can't get in because mysite.com/wp-admin won't accept your password or because mysite.com/wp-admin won't load?

Go to the link you just posted and enter your user name and password. Once you do that, you will be taken to the "Dashboard" or Administration Area of your WordPress site.

But when I click on the site I mentioned, when I get to user name Im good- but I dont know my password. So I clicked "lost password" and it sends and email to my acct saying someone is requesting to change the password, click on the following link to reset. When I click on that link. It takes me to wordpress saying ur email has been sent.. And I keep waiting on the new password to come and it never does!!!

You will need to follow the directions listed in this article in order to reset your password.
Resetting Your Password
The method using phpMyAdmin is pretty straight forward, and there is a tutorial to guide you step by step.
There is also section on that page that tells step by step how to reset the password using your ftp client.
