We are currently working on sorting out an issue with our .htaccess but more importantly when we had wordpress installed on our system, everything was fine in terms of logining in, changing settings, etc. One of our developers accidentally changed something (a link direct or something to that effect) and now we cannot access any of the administrative pages. All we get is a page that has a basic look (just text/links) and no theme. When we login with the admin password we simply get the login page again. Any thoughts? Do we need to reinstall?

    example:

Looks like your developer may have changed your WordPress or Blog Address URLs in Options->General.

Look at http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url/ and set the two values 'siteurl' and 'home' to http://www.lptn.org/blog

Unfortunately we have having difficulty with this process due to phpmyadmin not being setup on our server. We have attempted to install and setup this utility on our host, but running into issues with that as well. Part of our problem stems from our databases are hosted on a different server with our provider than our main access page. We can telnet to it, so it may require us to do this manually. The developer who would have this expertise is currently unavailable.
