[resolved] Lost Add to Cart & Reset after Update 2.1.3 (11 posts)

    Hi there,

My Add to Cart button disappeared and the Reset Selection stopped working right after updating to 2.1.3. (First I disabled W3TC to make sure it was not conflictual.)

Besides that everything seems fine and my settings have been preserved.

    Thanks for your help.

Try switching to twenty twelve theme and re-test.

I noticed the same issue on products with variations. Simple products still have the "Add to cart" button.

    Thank you Roy.
But my site is a Twenty Twelve child. I'm reluctant to enable its parent mainly because my CSS affects many WooCommerce items.

WordPress has not recently changed Twenty Twelve and I didn't modify my child prior to WooCommerce 2.1.3.

Here is an example of a product unable to show the Add to Cart and to reset: https://phototrope.ca/produit/phototrope-8822-2/

    Thanks.

Worked for me. Thanks for posting that fix/plugin, Roy.

    Many thanks Roy.

I don't want to add more plugins to my site because it might affect its performance.

There is another simpler and 100% effective fix that doesn't involve your host server:
    http://docs.woothemes.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/

Of course, you need to reapply it after each WooCommerce update.

This fix saved me in the past, but I had forgotten my problem was cookie related.

    Thanks for reminding me!

My plugin does exactly the same thing...there is no overhead and you don't need to re-do it on update.

    Hi there,

I just tried both, Roys plugin and the solution of Terblum, but it doesn't work for me.
I can't add variable products to cart anymore.

    Anyone any other idea?

    Thanks a lot.

@Mody111 - this fix is not for everyone. This is only if you have jQuery Cookie not found issue due to mod_security.

    Thank you again Roy.

As I said, I'm not keen on adding plugins to my site for fear of conflicts. But if your plugin is safe I will definitely install it!

    Regards.
