I just finished putting together a new WordPress site, then I mistakenly changed the URL in the general settings. I was hoping to change the URL so that it would be just SiteName.com, instead of SiteName.com/wordpress. I obviously misread the instructions off the WordPress site and made a very stupid blunder. Now I can't get access my dashboard at all. Any help would be much appreciated.

To fix this go to phpmyadmin select the wordpress database the select a table named wp-options see the site url it should be http://example.com and edit that row and change this to http://example.com/wordpress directory name then try to login and change the url back.

You can change your urls using one of the method here
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

You can not change the urls unless you move files and folders in root or use from directory

Sorry, I'm completely new to all of this. Where will I find these files and directories? I only ever accessed WordPress through the dashboard that appeared after I did an auto-install through my web host. I don't know how to find or access these folders and files.
