lost access to my dashboard-help

I am having the exact same problem. I changed the link from /blog to my website link and now I can’t even get to the screen where you can click on Log in to log in in my wordpress admin area….help?

I got this response in my email and I still don’t understand – go to which phpmyadmin??? my website admin side? my cpanel? wordpress admin?

Go to your cpanel there will be option phpmyadmin

You changed your url now login via ftp or filemanger from cpanel and move wordpress files to root means public_html
