Lost a category

Somehow one of my categories disappeared on my website http://all-things-aviaton.com. I don’t believe I deleted it; however, it no longer shows up in my list of categories.

If I try to add it back in it tells me that it is already there, but I can not see it in the list.

How do I fix this problem?
