Looping Script Error?

    So my host server has restricted access to my site because of a looping script. They provided me with the following details:

    We have changed the theme of your application, and monitored your website’s performance for the last few hours, however, I am afraid that also did not resolve the problem, as script continues to loop and requests for your websites such as:
    184.154.233.15 – – [15/Jul/2012:14:50:22 -0500] “GET /wp-content/themes/index.php HTTP/1.1” 403 4375 “-” “PHP/5.2.17”
    184.154.233.15 – – [15/Jul/2012:14:50:30 -0500] “GET /wp-content/themes/index.php HTTP/1.1” 403 4375 “-” “PHP/5.2.17”
    184.154.233.15 – – [15/Jul/2012:14:51:02 -0500] “GET /wp-content/themes/index.php HTTP/1.1” 403 4375 “-” “PHP/5.2.17”
    are still generated.

    There’s a whole load more errors such as:

    Does anyone have any idea what they are talking about? I need urgent help!
