Hi since moving hosts my wordpress site has been running very very slow, after talking to my host they have said the site is making loopback connections which they do not support?
How can I find out where these connections are? so I can change them?
for now i have installed W3 Total Cache, which has helped, but this is only masking the real problem!!

Are you trying to display your own RSS feed anywhere on the site?

nope there is a link to the rss in the head and thats it, the site is http://www.artificialcolours.co.uk if you want to take a look.
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
