Looks like this Theme is a direct copy of PrimePress. The author just added some flash file as header and changed the colors to make it look like a different theme. Unfortunately it is easy to find out from the layout and details of the code that this is definitely a copy of PrimePress.
Sorry to say, but Plagiarism is not appreciated in the Open Source world. I'm hoping that WordPress finds these kind of themes and take them off.
What theme are you talking about?

I have been looking to update to good wordpress theme for my mortgage blog. I definitely think this one is the one. Oh, doesn't look anything like the first post theme. Are they suppose to be a copied theme? Doesn't look like it to me.

Is it possible to avoid flash to play every time? It is annoying!
