I didn't check in 3.2, but at this point, even with CloudFlare stopped the plugin does not work. Nothing begins to load on the page the code is installed on. It worked great prior to 3.2. http://www.drumpoint.org and click the TWEET tab.

Please upgrade to 3.3.13 which was tested in wp 3.2.1
