   In Catalyst Dynamik, this plugin returns just an unordered listing of pages and with no page hierarchy.

   Is there any tweak in Catalyst Core or Dynamik to get this to work, or perhaps a plugin that conflicts with this one?

   I found the solution to this, disabled the Ozh' Admin Dropdown Menu plugin, now yours works fine.
