    Hi

    I've got a 3000 page modx site that I'm trying to convert over to wp3. I would like to fine someone who can work with me long term on this web site. This a role that would suite a programmer and not a designer.

    Ideal candidate will have the following -

    - Happy to work via skype / email / MSN etc.
    - Competent with php / database conversion / CSS / SEO / Accessibility /
    - Payments via Paypal
