   Hi all and thank you for taking the time to help out a fellow blogger. I am looking for sites that allow registration of new blogs. These blogs should allow blog networking with other sites. Some may cringe at the thought of blog networking and that is okay but voice your opinion some where else please. I have a site called [Link removed]

   I tried to google search wp-signup.php in so many variations but to no usable results. It seems that this idea is out dated and you know how wordpress-mu bloggers can get once they decide to corner a key word phrase.
   Well thank you all for your time I appreciate any help you may offer.

   I don't think this is the best venue to find the answer you're looking for.

   That behavior is considered splogging, really. Most multisite admins are looking for ways to stop it, not encourage it.
