Looking for way to copy pictures to other blog folders on creation.

Is there any way to have the photos replicate across all of the blogs within a network?

Basically when a user signs up at any one of the blogs in my WP Multisite network, they are registered across all of them. The problem I’m having is that I’m using User Photo so a user can a create a profile image. The image uploads under the blog directory that the user updates his profile in, even though the user only has one profile. So I need a way to place the image in the other blog’s directories within the network.

Any ideas? Is there a way to write a php script that looks for images under “file/2011/userphoto” (this is where the User Photo plugin stores photos) in each blog and then copies it to the others if no photo exists with the same name under those other directories?

Or a way to make User Photo look for all blogs in the network and then add the photo to all of them?
