   Can anyone here point me in the direction of a theme like this?

   Hi Trax2K11,

   A gallery or an e-commerce plugin would add this functionality to pretty much any theme you want to use.

   If you want to sell themes, then you should look into an e-commerce plugin that will allow you to display your products in a gallery style (I believe most e-commerce plugins do allow this).

   If you simply want to display thumbnails of themes (not trying to sell themes) you could go with something like the NextGEN gallery:
