Looking for site feedback

hi- been working on our new site for 3 weeks solid now- it is live but my eyes are kinda bleeding a bit from it..
Anyway feedback from an outside perspective would be welcome at this point, trying to wrap it all up in the next couple of days so if you notice anything please let me know
